Given the complementary activities of everis and Softwcare, they have decided to join and form a collaborative agreement, creating in 2012 an economic interest grouping called “Evercare”
Evercare groups Softwcare's wide experience within the Spatial sector and, in general, safety analysis and procedures and critical software dependability within different sectors; with everis's, capabilities to approach complex software projects, as well as its experience in sectors which are complementary to Softwcare's.
Evercare is an independent provider of services for preparation for products' certification and provision of safety evaluations.
Evercare carries out its activities wherever there is critical software whose robustness and/or safety needs to be assured, within the following sectors mainly:
- Space
- Aeronautics
- Defence
- Automotive
- Railway
